Yes, I would agree completly with Charly. They are loyal and loving and often fiercely independent. Mine will play by herself, beg me to play with her,sit next to me, sit on the couch but far away. Jump on the bed to be with the "pack". We don't let her sleep with us though, I have a problem with being able to sleep and can no longer let the cat or dog sleep with me. They move around and wake me up too frequently.
I used to know a lady who owned an Airdale Terrier and slept with her dog. But if she moved, the dog would growl at her, she could not move around in bed without the dog's permission!
So your dog sounds just fine right now! Just loving you and wanting to be with you as part of her pack! She is behaving like a normal dog! |
