They can be born with Collapsed trachea no age is too young, I'm confused is the pup coughing or not? If the pup is coughing then the Vet should of taken an xray a long time ago instead of medicating the pup so much and it would of probably been cheaper then spending money on all those meds and the pup wouldn't be so miserable. Kennel cough is a cough but I'm still not sure if the pup is coughing? If the pup isn't coughing then what are the symptoms that it has to be given so many meds? I would go to another vet, it doesn't sound like yours is too concerned. JMO
