I took Shay to groomers today, I am soo upset, I talked with lady up front (whom happened to be the owner) told her what I wanted done..EVEN BROUGHT A PICTURE! I would say one thing she would say another...I would say noooooooo I want it like this, and pointed at the picture, once I THOUGHT she understood, I left....When I went to pick him up it was crazy there, I paid, they told me to get Shay out of the kennel, since they were soaked, from giving a dog a bath (I am assuming) I went in quickly got him out (since he was TERRIFIED, from all these dogs going crazy)..ran to the car since it was raining, put him in carrier, and home we went........welllllllllllllllllllll as I got him out of his carrier, I looked and almost cried!!!! my lil guy looks HORRIBLE!!!! everything I said to do was not done, everything I said NOT to do was...he is a YORKIE not a schnauzer!!!!! I got the picture off here, of a beautiful lil cut...
I need a groomer to fix this, it is unbelieveable!!!!
anyone know a GOOD GROOMER in Knoxville TN????
