Here's what I would do if I were you:
1) Write a very stern letter to Mars Pet Care. Give them the batch/lot number and purchase date of your NB. Inform them that you found a piece of their recalled "Small Bites and Bones" in your NB formula. Also provide them a copy of the picture that you gave us. Ask for whatever type of action you want them to take.
2) Take your bag back to the store you purchased it from along with that piece of kibble. Tell them you found it in your NB bag and want to return it. Get a new bag from a different lot/batch #.
