Send me some measurements and I will see what I can do. Glad to know that your baby helps you get out and do things. 15 pounds is a load to carry around. I think I'd try some kind of back pack design. Either that or put the bag on a wide strap that would go over your shoulder and let you rest your baby against your opposite hip.
