I would take her to your vet . Was this a gradual progression or did you notice it all of a sudden? Is it effecting her eating? Does she seem to be in any pain? If it was gradual it may be hereditary. If she was not showing signs originally perhaps it's become dislocated. I am by no means an expert so if it were I, I would make an appointment with my vet.
