You need to have someone totally shave both ears and fold them in half
so they are straight up and tape them with masking tape. You leave it on 4 days and then take it off. If they are still down, retape for another 3 or 4 days. You have to shave the ears to unweight them. If you are not sure how to tape and do not have anyone to show you, buy some 1/2 inch masking tape and have the vet show you. If you don't unweight the ears, some of them never come up. I always keep them shaved half way down the first year even after they are up. Hope this helps. (That is why there are so many flop eared yorkies out there because the breeders do not tape nor do they show the buyers how.)
