Hello... I was just wondering If it is safe to feed Boiled Chicken & rice instead of wet dog food ? I feed sami dry food as well, but gave him wet food in the evening (dinner). when he was sick when he was given those shots all at once I was cooking him boiled chicken & rice instead of buying it in a can. and of course he loved the idea Im cooking just for him
but I think I created a little problem here, he wont eat dog food now and thought well at least if I am cooking his food I do know whats in it! but Im not sure if it is a good thing to do or if it is safe to feed him this on a day to day feeding? he is feed once in the morning about 1/2 cup dry food then the evenings I give him a cup 1/2, although his dish still has food in it when I get home from work!
any suggestions or advise would be much appreciated. does any one cook for their yorkie? or i'm the only person here that does this? Please say there are a lot of you that do this?
