Today the last of the puppies went home to their forever homes. I am in tears because I have grown incredibly attatched to all of them and will miss them soooo much. I am no longer their mommies. I know they are scared and I am not there to comfort them. I look at Bella Mia who sniffs Sherman and then runs around the house looking for the rest of the puppies. She barks at the closed doors till we let her in and she can see there are no puppies in the rooms. Bella Mia is laying on the couch looking sad. Yet, I am so proud of what wonderful puppies they turned out to be. I am happy that they all have such wonderful families that will love and adore them as i have. I am glad I was able to be with them from conception to forever homes. I feel so grateful to have been a part of their lives. I know they will do great but a piece of my heart left with each of them. This puppy business has been so much harder than I could have ever imagined yet at the same time the personal reward for me has been more than I could ever imagine. I will always be in awe of the true professional breeders and what they do. Thanks for all who helped me along the way with my lovebugs, especially Mardelin.
