Many years ago, I had a dalmation that was accidentally bred. I had every intention of having her spayed, and no intention of having a litter of mix-breed pups from her. I went through with the spay, and she was fine. I never actually knew if pregnancy resulted from the tie. So, I do know that accidents happen.
I'm glad your little girl is okay, and I commend you for educating yourself about the whole situation.
