This storm has brought out the best of everyone! People are reaching out to each other, and it's great. The clean-up will take a long time...some people have lost everything and don't have flood insurance. There are funds set up for the famiies of the 10 people who have lost their lives.
Just announced...there may be monetary help for the people without insurance!
