Yeah I always got him the 6" ones as well...till one day I went to get him one and they only had the 12"....so thats what he got! I thought he was going to have a hard time with it bc it was soooo long, but NO WAY I think he enoyed it more!! They always find a way to hold it and chew
Its funny it is so long he had one corner touching the floor and he was using the floor to hold it up!
I would say go ahead and try the 12"
