I am so sorry to hear this happened to her ! Dogs are amazing in their ability to adapt though and she will need alittle time to get used to her vision with just the one eye. Have you tried a little canned dog food mixed in with the kibble just to give it a little boost in flavor. As for everything else I wouldnt overly fuss with her as unusual behavior on your part could make her anxious, just be patient with her ,move alittle slower to give her time to see you and before you know it she will be running around just like she had two eyes.
