Bella Mia's puppies did that too. They are 12 weeks and up until about last week even though she dried up quite awhile ago she would lift her leg and let them suckle for about 30 seconds and then growl and snap at them. They seemed to just want to be "pacified" for a second. They would quickly go right back to playing. Bella Mia has run of the house and plays with them about 3 times a day by her choice. She jumps the little baby gate when she doesnt want to be near them any longer.
