Cooper is VERY active, we always say it is like his pants are on fire and zooming from one place to another to put it out...LOL. He plays ball with me off an on all day long, I walk 1-2 miles around our local track and a mile he can do with water breaks but honestly for him more than that and he is just too worn out. If I go more than a mile I end up carrying him the rest of the way OR take his dog stroller to let him ride back in.
When I walk I try to walk at a pretty fast pace, and even when he is in go, go, go mode his little legs can only go so fast! |
