it's obnoxious with adults as well, some adults are worse about grabbing the dog and fluffing her up all harshly than the kids are.

Oh here's an easy trick: If for some reason I suspect that an adult is not going to handle her properly, I just say: Sorry, she's not friendly, might snap!!
