I don't like puppymills... but a lot of the over population of dogs in them also come from the fact that they are asking high prices on the net for these puppies and they don't get sold and then get older. They just keep breeding because they need puppies. After a while the dogs are too old for what they want and loose the new puppy effect that puppymills depend on. Their whole system and cycle is sickening!
