He he sounds like you have a little "terror" on your hands One of my yorkies did the same thing!
Have you seen the toys with no stuffing? Maybe that will help.. I would just try to find something that he cant chew up..but sounds like he is pretty strong.. Maybe he is teething?? Did you try any bully sticks or any chew things like that?
