 it's a net rumor in WV,NC,and a few other states
including Texas. I'm a Craigslist peeker. LOL and my local listings for WV,VA, all say the the Montgomery shelter is closing today with the same number of cats and dogs. One person even mentioned that it was posted about the Texas shelter as well.
