Congratulations. Six weeks is awfully early for a Yorkie puppy to leave the litter. There's so much socialization that goes on with its mom and siblings that is lost when they leave too soon. You'll probably get some difference of opinion between 8 weeks and 12 weeks (my preference), but I think most will tell you six is too soon.
Don't mean to bum you out. Just thinking you might have the option of bringing her back to the breeder for at least a couple more weeks.
