Nutro is definitely
not among the better/best quality foods out there. If you're interested in feeding a raw diet, I would say the sooner the better!!
If you're crate training your puppy, you should have her confined to a small crate whenever she is not under supervision. However 5 hours is too long for an 8 week old puppy to be confined w/o a potty break, so if you have an x-pen, you can put down some potty pads for her to use while you're away. For more (and better!) advice, you can post a thread in the training forum!
