When visitors come into the houes have them give your puppy treats and don't rush anything. YOur little one is a little scared of the visitors and I think you need to work on it now instead of down the road. Pick her up and hold her and then have them give her a treat. Don't shove her into their arms but let her get comfortable with them around.
You might want to watch Victoria Stillwell..she does some very nice things with positive training.
