This is just not common practice and I would not like it at all.
And while it's good to not take too much time on a spay to lessen time under anesthesia, line spays or rushed spays are just not good either. Bleeding needs to stop before closing and it shouldn't be rushed.
I really feel bad for you because I know you're stuck.
First, the bigger the office, the more likely they are to have newer equipment and maybe more up-to-date protocols. I'll look in your area and see if I can find anyone; but if something goes wrong, I don't want it to be my fault.

I personally know of no vets in your area.
