Cooper had that and I felt devastated.....at least the vet found them before you started seeing them yourself a few days later and freaking out like I did....they are caused by fleas......she might not have a flea on her now, but somewhere she ingested a flea/or flea egg etc. Good news is it only takes 1 round of medicne to get rid of them in her. Make sure you are very diligent in cleaning up her stools in the yard (where ever she defecates) to prevent re-infestation of the worms. I would just mix up some bleach water and clean her crate the next few days and wash her bedding.
