I recently changed my puppy's food from Science Diet to Blue Buffalo b/c I thought that BB was going to be better for her. I did so gradually and am now on the BB 100%. Lately she is scratching more - mostly near her ear (not an obsessive amount but I noticed it is more than before) and her poo is mushy/smelly. I asked the vet and she said it could be numerous things and not necessarily the food. We have not made any other changes so I do not know what else it could be. I know that puppies can have diarrhea while getting used to food but the scratching? I am wondering if I should change her diet back to Science Diet or if I should stick with BB a few more days and see if this is not related. I am open to opinions

Ohhh, I should mention she had giardia about a month ago. She was treated and the vet said she was negative. I really hope the diarrhea is not related!!
