My son is stuying vet medicine and even tho he want so specialize in small animals, he loves hamsters and guinea pigs, he has to be able to treat any animal that will come to the hospital, he teated a snake with the head vet on saturday..
he comes home with all different stories and how cool I think he is for doing this.. I am so proud of him. the hospital he works mainly specializes on dogs and cats but sometimes they get an exotic or wild animal and they have to treat it, so really a good vet is a good vet, I take my yorkies and silkies there and he takes his Alaskan malamute too.. so really if you are happy with the doctor that is what is important..
