What I did was when they want to bite like that I give them a bone or something to chew. He is not going to hve this personality forever. You are the one raising him. He looks you to teach him right from wrong just like children. When he bites your feet tell him , NO in a stern voice. I think he just doesn't know how to play nice so to speak. You have to teach him by giving rewards for good behavior. When he is sitting nice on your lap say good boy. When he is playing nice praise him. Don't give in to bad behavior. When he chases your daughter. Maybe sit her down and let her play with him with a rope or something. If she runs away from him he will chase her.
