I don't believe that their is something wrong with Coby, I dont think you should blame him coming from a puppy mill on his actions. He is a puppy and this is how puppies act. You need to show him discipline. Don't let him get away with this type of behavior. You need to show him who is boss now before he does get out of hand.. How much does he weigh?? I have a hard time believeing that you cant control him. When he does something you dont want him to do tell him no and take him away from the thing that he is doing. when he jumps on your daughter tell him no and tell your daughter ro walk away and ignore him. when he bites her tell him no and take him away or give him something to bite.. a toy, bully stick. I think you should get a puppy training book of some sort or google how to train your puppy. Dont be scared to tell him no, I think thats what it is coming down to.
