Sorry your going through this, but this is what those puppies usually are like, they are taken from mom way to soon, who knows when he was taken, it could of been sooner then you know and he was not socialized. This is the chance you take making a purchase from a place like that. All you can do it try to correct him but he is so young still and a baby, they bite and play hard.
My Lola is 11 months and when she plays she bites and growls and sounds like she is mad, shes not she is only playing!
