Mine was just the opposite. To begin with, Ginger had a straight coat - just fluffy. She has a thick coat, mostly cottony. Doesn't matt too bad though. We gave her a puppy cut and now it's growing back very wavy. Even her topknot is starting to get wavy. Is she going to have this coat from here on out? She is just about 10 months. Her head is mostly silver in the middle, gold ears and beard but her back is still black with the occasional silver stray hair. So.... does this mean she will turn silver and be wavy?
Sorry, I didn't mean to kidnap the thread but I have really been wondering about this wavy hair! DH and I were talking about it just last night. Thank you RoscoesMommy42 for starting this thread!
