I am sorry that your grooming experience did not go well.
Poor Lulu, give her a kiss from me and tell her it will grow back, promise.
To this day, I have not taken my babies to a groomer. Some might think they have horrible hair cuts but I just think they are adorable.
Seriously, do some research, there are tons of videos on the forum/youtube and that is how I have learned (and by trial and error)... good luck!
