The driver (she lives two doors down the street) had her windows down, heard the screams but didn't stop until it was too late. she admitted that: she heard our screams to stop, she wasn't looking at the road for at least 10 seconds, she knew we had a small dog besides a bigger sheltie, but she decided all was safe and continued driving.... |
