Find Coby's age in the left-most column. (He's about 12 weeks old now right?) Now move your finger or eye to the right on the same row until you reach his weight in ounces. He's about 28 ounces so you can go to 26 or 30. Now if you move down the selected row all the way to the bottom the chart will show 3.5 or 4 lbs. This would be his charted weight at 18 months.

P.S. FlDebra - I was still writing when you posted. Tee-hee... We used different charts but arrived at approximately the same conclusion.
