Well, from personal experience, I'd have them pulled ASAP! I waited and then started to notice that black plaque started building up between one of the double teeth! It was so gross, to imagine she had to have that in her mouth. I brush, and brushed, it wouldn't come out. After they had the double row removed, there is still a TINY black stain on one of her bottom teeth that will not come out
As for the infection, her vet gave her stitches on the molar holes and he also sent her home with some antibiotics.
