I had the same problem with Ruby. Only some of her teeth fell and now she has double rows on top and bottom. I was going to have them pulled but my vet suggested not to a it could be quite painful and the thing he stresssed most about was that she could under go an infection. Also he said if it doesn't intefere with her eating then I really should have them pulled. I really would likr to though. I just don't know what to do.
