I use a cotton wash cloth wrapped around my finger...I can then put it in the wash and reuse it. I put a little blob of Petzlife gel on the cloth and then rub very gently in a circular motion...I do it last thing at night when we are ready for bed and she is sleepy...she sometimes starts falling asleep as i'm doing it! I also sprinkle a little Plaque-off on her food daily. Last time we had a vet visit the vet was very happy with her pearly whites!
