It's in the written contract that nearly every breeder has that says if the buyer is unable to keep the dog for any reason, it is to be returned to the breeder. i know about this dog because at the time Joedda had three cute males for sale and their names all started with American something. i looked and looked at this one but didn't get him. I was friends with helen (or acquaintences) at the time she went to get him. betty (Micah my Love on here) went with her, or met up with her somewhere to go meet the breeder. and they each got one and Missy, wv yorkies, got the other one. In fact, I am the one that recommended Helen to get one when she was looking at one of my girls and talking about getting a smaller male to breed..
