Never should you breed any animal till you do all the research!! Their are so many puppies so please have her spayed. I'm sure your mother will find her puppy. And breeding yorkies is not the same as breeding a larger dog so much can happen and you would not want anything to happen to your girl.
As far as racist I don't think so, you need to keep the breed true.
PS; I have a red yorkie so it's not that I have the perfect yorkie she is only perfect to me
