So far, the baby toothbrushes work the best for us.

Aw to bad it ddin't work for you, the mascara brush I used I find fairly good, I brushed Bailey's teeth tonight with it and it went will, there are other mascara brushes that I use ( for mascara! ) that would not work for brushing his teeth, but I like the lash blast brush..I'm still going to try the gauze though!
