My Lexy has the exact thing on her back and it is from her rabies shot as I have monitored it closely since I noticed it never got much smaller after she received it, then I started to notice it causing a bald spot. I took her to the Vet as she was concerned when I talked to her about it but she looked at it and said it isn't big enough for concern and to watch it a little more and if it starts to bald more or get bigger we will talk about surgically removing it. She says the easiest way to explain it is it's like an allergic reaction to her rabies shot and next time she needs one there is something she can inject prior that will keep it from happening again. She wasn't too worried and I trust my Vet 100% as she has saved my Lexy from passing of pneumonia in the passed plus many other reasons. You might want to take yours for a Vet check just to be sure...you never know.
