That's a tough one! Hopefully he is done, you gave himm a good piece of your mind and he will not ever come back. I would definitely complain to the highest person you can reach in the company and maybe even file a complaint with the BBB! I cannot stand people like that! Of course it would be HIS fault if he hurt one of them!!!
