Thanks everyone for the prayers and my dear Connie for everything. I had to go take care of my Dad so I am just getting home now. As Connie said his abdominal aortic stents (3) are blocked and clots forming, they wanted to admit him and put him on heprin blood thinner but with no vascular surgeon in on the weekend he was going to check out against medical advice. I asked the er doctor if she could call his old vascular surgeon to see what he said and she did and he felt that it was ok, for him to go home, go to AZ on Tuesday for the 2 days and come in and see him when we got back as he said this has probably been going on for awhile. They did say there was always a risk. We are leaning towards not going to Az but will decide for sure tomorrow and cancel all the reservations. So please keep him in your prayers to get through this safely. Thanks |
