It is prong collar training and it is not a good idea on even a tea pot yorkie or actually any dog.
Also it is not anything that you can not get else where cheaper.
Most of the ladies here could advice you bettter and save you a bunch of money and say about just about the same thing. Except non of them would use a prong collar on a yorkie.
