It is most likely a continuation of what started 3 days ago and while you could try some dietary changes (like chicken and rice) and OTC meds, it is probably best that he sees the vet. Hopefully it is just a virus, but because it happened after the pork and because of the symptoms, I would be very concerned about pancreatitis at this point. When he threw up and had diarrhea the other day, how many time did he do both?
