He is way too young for his behavior to be aggressive. He was just not left with his mother long enough to learn not to play rough. So now you have to teach him.
A quick nip with your fingers and maybe even make the sound of dog snapping at him, and he will soon learn that is not something that you will tolerate.
Do not allow him to put his teeth on you at all, even in play.
