Having a problem finding a harness for Joey. Been looking in all the shops for his size, to try on him. He has a 7in neck and 10in chest, and he's 4lbs.

Found a x small and the lady suggested that I sew the difference in the chest. But I want security. He pulls and stops.

Been looking for a soft puppia harness. Size xx small. Or anything that would make him more comfortable.

Any suggestions?
