Don't freak out. There is not that much size difference. The male does not have to be smaller.

When you take her to the vet he can evaluate her and determine if she should be able to deliver them naturally. The x rays will also help to determine the size of the puppies. I would not waste money on an ultra sound.

If she was that willing and they tied that quickly, chances Are she is pregnnt.
