sounds like you are on the right track
i dont know how you feel about it but they can still do the spay and abort any possible pups..depending how you feel on that subject....if you are concerned about complications that would be the best route to insure she would be safe
i personally would not be concerned with a 2lb difference
but if i didnt want the results of this mistake and i was already having her fixed...i would do the spay and abort any pups..there is already enough "mistakes" out there looking for homes
but i speak for my self that no matter what route you choose im available for questions and will be happy to help in any way i can
