FINALLY! I have an answer to what has been wrong with my little puppy for the past six months, after three vets I finally found a good one that could help us!

He said she has a heart murmur which the right ventricle is leaking fluid into her abdomen and causing her jugular vein to enlarge. She was at 1.4 pounds before he withdrew 80ml of fluid from her tiny belly.

If anyone has any info on this we would greatly appreciate it...also since she was born with it, is it such a bad thing to ask the breeder I got her from to either give me some or all of my money back to help pay the $1,000+ vet bills?
