I would aleast call the vet and tell them what you are seeing. If it is truely a reaction they should be made aware of it sooner rather than later. Our vet here usaully will not charge for any other treatment related to the vaccination reaction and they cover all costs. If they are aware of it and for some reason you may need to take her to the emergancy vet later in the night they will assume it is a reaction and not something else. I would just let them know and see what they say.
